BAREBONESTRAINER IS HERE! When we designed Barebone's we had two objectives: 1) Make a balisong that everyone could afford, 2) Maintain the high performance level that -=BRS=- knives are known for. Now with the trainer we have achieved a third goal: To allow anyone to safely experience the art and sport of manipulation. Barebones trainer retains its original sleek design taking similar form and dimensions as its predecessors (Alpha Beast and Replicant), but fuses its own unique attributes to make it a one of a kind trainer.

Featuring all-stainless-steel framed handles that are skeletonized to maintain optimum balance and reduce weight. You will find that Barebones is a very neutral handling balisong. It can be flipped fast or slow and really can adapt to a variety of manipulation styles. Unlike other steel balisongs, Barebones Trainer is not overburdened with excess weight and comes in at appx 5.1 oz and remains nimble in hand. Coupled with extended handle dimensions the weight is very well distributed.

Barebones Trainer did not cut corners on blade steel. We retained a heat treated 154cm blade to provide a lifetime of flipping performance and reliability and resist bending from impact. The blade also features a crowned spine for additional comfort and handling. The hardware is all stainless steel including the latch.

Whether you are just starting out as a flipper and new to balisongs or a long time veteran of the sport, you will find Barebones Trainer to be an optimum performer. Like all -=BRS=- products Barebones is battle-ready out of the box and has performance at the forefront of design!

You can perform an evaluation epoch over the validation set, outside of the training loop, using validate(). This might beuseful if you want to collect new metrics from a model right at its initializationor after it has already been trained.

By setting workers=True in seed_everything(), Lightning derivesunique seeds across all dataloader workers and processes for torch, numpy and stdlibrandom number generators. When turned on, it ensures that e.g. data augmentations are not repeated across workers.

The value (True or False) to set torch.backends.cudnn.benchmark to. The value fortorch.backends.cudnn.benchmark set in the current session will be used (False if not manually set).If deterministic is set to True, this will default to False. You can read more about the interaction of torch.backends.cudnn.benchmark and torch.backends.cudnn.deterministichere

This argument can be used to add a Callback or a list of them.Callbacks run sequentially in the order defined herewith the exception of ModelCheckpoint callbacks which runafter all others to ensure all states are saved to the checkpoints.

Model-specific callbacks can also be added inside the LightningModule throughconfigure_callbacks().Callbacks returned in this hook will extend the list initially given to the Trainer argument, and replacethe trainer callbacks should there be two or more of the same type.ModelCheckpoint callbacks always run last.

By default Lightning saves a checkpoint for you in your current working directory, with the state of your last training epoch,Checkpoints capture the exact value of all parameters used by a model. To disable automatic checkpointing, set this to False.

Runs n if set to n (int) else 1 if set to True batch(es) to ensure your code will execute without errors. Thisapplies to fitting, validating, testing, and predicting. This flag is only recommended for debugging purposes andshould not be used to limit the number of batches to run.

Sanity check runs n batches of val before starting the training routine. This catches any bugs in your validation without having to wait for the first validation check. The Trainer uses 2 steps by default. Turn it off or modify it here.

pass an int to check after a fixed number of training batches. An int value can only be higher than the number of trainingbatches when check_val_every_n_epoch=None, which validates after every N training batches across epochs or iteration-based training.

List of dictionaries with metrics logged during the validation phase, e.g., in model- or callback hookslike validation_step() etc.The length of the list corresponds to the number of validation dataloaders used.

Jin has had the unique privilege of receiving specialized training from world renowned coaches such as Valery Fedorenko, a World Champion kettlebell athlete. He also learned his weightlifting techniques from Jim Schmitz, a three-time US Olympic Team Weightlifting Coach (1980, 88 & 92) and the USA Weightlifting President from 1988-96.

Jin is an avid runner with several full marathons and half marathons under his belt. He is a Boston qualifying marathoner that has run Boston, Chicago, Paris, New Orleans, Big Sur, San Francisco, San Diego and many others.

Jin loves to help clients exceed their own expectations when it comes to their health and fitness goals. In his off-time, he has many interests from traveling, food, craft brew, golf, fishing to name just a few. However his passion is spending time with his wife and son.

Through the years, he's had his ups and downs. His downs included a serious back injury that led to a subsequent weight gain because of the love of food and sudden lack of exercise because of the injury. Once he realized the gravity of the situation, Jin was determined and set goals for himself.

-- even for a personal trainer. But even after that episode in his life, Jin has been able to live an active and healthy lifestyle. He's in his 40's and he's able to do things physically that he wouldn't even think about in his 20's.

I have always been lucky growing up around dogs however my venture into dog training started 7 years ago when I started researching into purchasing the dog I have always wanted since I was 18, my Rottweiler. I can honestly say she has taught me a great deal and in ways I never thought would be possible. We have an amazing relationship and with her, I have enjoyed many training expeditions such as General Obedience, Agility, Scent Work, Working Trials, introduction into Man Trailing, Parkour Training and the fabulous Hoopers.

Karen has been a wonderful trainer. Very knowledgeable and able to control a class of 9 dogs with different needs very well. Great interactive and fun classes for the pups. I would highly recommend her.

Excellent dog trainer, have used her 1:1 sessions, pack walks and group classes with our Labrador puppy. He loves every part of it and it is amazing how much he has learnt from her.

Would highly recommend!

Hi just wanted to say how fantastic Karen from Bare Bones K9 Training is. Tilly our French bulldog seems less reactive towards other dogs since Karen has been walking and training her. Karen is reliable and trustworthy and we would have no hesitation in recommending her. We trust Karen to look after Tilly as though she was her own dog. Thank you Karen so much for all the care and attention and fun you give Tilly.

Not ever having owned a dog before we knew training was important but had no idea where to start with our 8-week old apricot cockapoo. Karen is incredibly professional and knowledgeable and helped us in getting to understand how to train a dog. She is very reliable and prompt and gave us unlimited advice and support and helped with training us and our lively but lovable dog. We moved from very basic commands to managing sociable behaviour and ensuring our dog responded firmly to our needs. I highly recommend Karen and Bare Bones K9 Training. Diana

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value

Karen has been an amazing trainer to our rescue puppy Coco. She thought us all the tools we need to have a well behaved and happy dog.

Coco and I cannot recommend her enough.

We would highly recommend Karen.

We started puppy training with Axel at 7 weeks old and we have had a fun and knowledgeable session each week. Karen is always at the end of a message for puppy advice during the week. We love receiving the pictures she has taken along with positive feedback and things to work on during the week.

Contacted Karen for help. Karen is full of knowledge and uses fun games and great techniques, which Smudge absolutely loves, and I use these every day. Karen not only helped Smudge, but she also helped me with my confidence. I noticed a difference within a few weeks which was amazing, still a long way to go but we will get there. I would definitely recommend Karen to anyone, she is friendly, reliable and you will get good results if you follow her plan and advice. Thank you for everything you have done for me and Smudge

I have known Karen for many years & when she asked me to bring my dogs to her training session to use as stooges I jumped at the opportunity. Karen is exceptionally calm, knowledgeable & uses positive methods to get the best results. She has a great rapport with her clients & her passion for what she does shines through.

Note: This product is a butterfly trainer, not a real knife. The "blade" shown in the pictures is a dull metal piece designed to mimic the weight and feel of a real blade. Butterfly trainers are for entertainment and educational purposes only, not weapons.
