Golf Pad broken in the latest Beta release

Hi everyone. We received multiple reports about the latest beta update not working properly. We found that a version with bad configuration went live with the last update (version 15.93.5). I'm sincerely sorry about this. We are making changes to our testing protocol to ensure this does not happen again. 

A new version 15.93.8 with a fix has been submitted to Google Play. Unfortunately Google takes several days (sometimes over a week) to review each update, including beta. If you do not plan to play in the next week or so, we recommend to just wait until the fixed version is live. If you do plan to play soon, you will need to temporarily opt out of beta to get the regular production version. Instructions to opt out: https://support.golfpadgps.com/support/solutions/articles/6000046167. After you get the production version, you will be able to log in with your account and sync your playing history and statistics. I will post an update in this thread when the fixed beta version is available, including a link to opt in back to beta again.

Hi All

Sorry,  my previous mail left too early... But this is not working either. I opted out from beta, uninstalled beta and installed production version. But can't access with it either, exactly the same error, saying that account doesn't exist

In the production version of the app please create an account with the following e-mail address ja...@blomqvist.co

When the account is created, it should show you your playing history, stats, etc.

Please, let me know the results.

Yes, that worked. Now the account and stats are back. Unfortunately my golf trip and pretty much the golf season here in Nordics is over. So I  lost two of my last rounds... but of course good, not all the statistics 😀.

I had to uninstall/reinstall twice but it worked. Watch / phone are in sync and all history and stats plus course info are

restored. I did had to reset password, no biggie.

When should I rejoin the BETA/testing group.

Thanx Val, you were probably up all nite. My son is a coder for a softwear co. pulls alnighters often.

Jim, thank you for the update and glad to hear it worked. We had our share of alnighters, but this time the fix was relatively quick. It's now all about Google getting a chance to review and approve it. As soon as the update goes live, I will post a note here.

The corrected version has finally passed Google review! It's now live in Google Play and available for all members of the beta program. Version number is 15.94.1.

Installed update.  Still cannot select club from watch. 

Uninstaller and reinstalled phone app and watch app. Nothing changed. 

Am I missing something?

PS club selection is enabled on phone and works from phone only

To clarify, version 15.94.1 fixes the problem with lost playing history and premium status, see the beginning of the thread for the context. Standalone/club selection for Wear OS 3 is still in internal testing. We will post a separate announcement when it's ready for beta.

I downloaded the new version 15.94.1 on my Tizen Galaxy watch yesterday.  After logging out and back on it brought back all my settings and historical information.  I played 9 holes and everything worked flawlessly.
