Checked in another golfml application "Golf Helper" This continues the theme of using the golfml format as a 'course definition' file.

Golf Helper is a handicapping application which handles both USGA/EGA and also CONGU handicapping systems. The installer also bundles with Golfml Coursewriter so that the user can make their own Course Definition files in golfml format.

I know this site is not about software, but it is the logical place for me to store golfml-related applications and for interested users to find them. I'll update the Wiki by and by.
