Problem Batch Converting

Hi List.

I've run into a problem whilst trying to convert two folders, one with ten
tracks, one with seven. No sub folders.

I've followed my usual steps, but I'm getting an error, an error I can't
define! When I hit "Begin", after a couple of seconds the OK button appears
and I'm thrown back to the begin button once more.

When I examine the two folders I've queued up for conversion, they've both
had star period star added to the file name.

Can anyone shed any light on what my problem might be here?
