Help Restoring Settings

Hi List.

At some point today I've made changes to Goldwave, and I don't know what
I've done or how to put it right!

Previously, if I hit "control plus a" on an open file, I'd get the total
length of that file. Now I only get the length of the file according to
where the start cursor is situated. So I know its a 30 minute file, but the
"control plus a " will only report the length as 9 minutes for example,
dependent on the start cursor location.

Also, now when I tap the start or end cursors, instead of announcing the
time in the file, its now just saying "start", "finish", the time stamp
announcement has gone.

As I say, I've got absolutely no idea what I've done to mess up my setting,
but if anyone can tell from this brief outline, I'd really appreciate
hearing back from you.
