Gold Wave to read time stamps with NVDA

Hello,

My daughter is visually impaired. She is starting a new job to review audio description but needs to be able to know where she is in the audio file with time stamps. She is visually impaired so she can't see time stamps. She needs NVDA to read time stamps. Does anyone know if NVDA can read the time stamps in Gold Wave?

How do you add the NVDA addon for Gold Wave?
