NVDA reading Time Stamps on audio recordings

Hello

My daughter is visually impaired. She needs Gold Wave to read time stamps on an audio recording. because she can't see them. She is going to be doing quality control for audio description. When she reviews an audio file she needs to be able know time stamp so she can notify company where problem is. Does anyone know if that is possible in Gold Wave? 

What does NVDA for Gold Wave do? How do you add the addon to Gold Wave?
