Moving Within Open Files

Hi List.

 

For years now I've only ever used the keystroke Control plus tab to move backwards through a list of open files, just looping around until I got to the file required. 

 

It never ever occurred to me until this morning, is there a keystroke to move forward through these open files?

 

So, instead of control plus tab to go backwards in a list of open files, is there an alternative keystroke to move forward?

Hi Darren,

 

Control+Tab actually goes forward.  If you want to go back, it’s Control+Shift+Tab.

And the  fact that I couldn't work that out myself has worried me somewhat!

 

Although I'm not sure that you're right about control tab moving forward. I've just tried it here on three open files and control tab moved me backwards from 3 to 2 to 1.

 

Anyhoo, that's a minor point. I'm still grateful for the other keystroke.
