各位佛友：阿彌陀佛！

金聖寺將於08/16~08/22舉行地藏法會，法會期間可立牌位。金聖寺現並未對外開放，到時會設置Zoom供大家遠程網上參與。法會時間表會另外公佈，請大家留意金聖寺網站和郵件通知。

立牌位報名時間即日起至08/07止。以下是牌位捐款的額度：

消災延壽單人: 50
消災延壽閤家: 100
超度冤親債主: 50 請註明陽上
超度亡者 $50 請註明陽上
超度歷代祖先:100 請註明祖先姓氏和陽上
超度流產或墮胎兒 : 50 請註明第幾胎和陽上
超度七世父母: 50

特殊牌位需經法師同意，請先連絡。

牌位中、英文負責人:釋近達。越文負責:釋近能

支票抬頭請寫DRBA，郵寄收件人寫：金聖寺近達師。並請注明支票用途。

大家可以在郵寄支票3-5天之後打電話到廟上詢問，建議在下午2PM-3PM打電話給近達師查詢。另，大家如果怕支票郵寄丟失，可以直接把支票和牌位信息放在金聖寺大門口的信箱。

Dear All Dharma Friends,

GSM will hold the Earth Store Recitation Dharma Event from 08/16 to 08/22. Setting up plaques is available. GSM has not yet opened and a Zoom meeting will be set up for everyone to participate remotely. The schedule of this Dharma event will be announced then, please pay attention to GSM website calendar or email notification.

Please register the plaques and mail the check before 08/07. Here is the donation price for plaques:

$50 plaque for quelling disasters and lengthening life (Please include the name on this plaque)
$100 plaque for quelling disasters lengthening and life for the whole family (Please include the name on this plaque)
$50 plaque for liberating karmic debtors. Please include the name of the supporter. 50$ per person
$50 plaque for liberating the deceased Please include note the name of the deceased and the supporter.
$100 plaque for liberating ancestors. Please include the surname of the ancestors and the name of the supporter.
$50 plaque for liberating aborted child. Please specify which abortion(1st? 2nd? etc.) and the name of plaque supporter
$50 plaque for liberating the past 7 life's parents

If you want to set up any special plaque, please contact GSM and get Dharma Masters' permission at first.
