Bad Joke of the Week: What did the mandolin player say when he stepped
up to the mic?

Last weekend held a couple of local shows for the Pickers which were a
great time as always. I also played a solo festival spot at the
Pretty Lake Acoustic Music Festival just north of Kendallville.
Despite a pretty thunderous squall at about 7am, the weather turned
sunny and warm and it was a beautiful day! I also stopped by my good
friend Nathan's grand opening of his new business Psychobilly
Kustoms! It was a great time with bands, raffles, beer and a Kawasaki
motorcycle smash up for all the diehard Harley Davidson fans! Stop by
the shop at 420 Sycamore St. Syracuse, IN 46567.

This weekend we will be heading up to Michigan for a couple of shows.
Tomorrow we will be playing in Manistee at the Jaycee's Bandshell for
the Roots on the River concert series. Then we are headed to South
Haven for another show at Foundry Hall, one of our favorite venues to
play. Finally, on Sunday I will be playing with joHn Kennedy and
Nolan Ladewski from Kennedy's Kitchen for the South Bend Celtic
Festival.
