Bad Joke of the Week(see answer at bottom): (This one of my personal
favorites.) What is the difference between a bull and an orchestra?

I just spent two wonderful weeks in Alaska hiking and helping my
sister and her husband w/ their awesome timber framed cabin!
Actually, I can't believe that I got back over a week ago, but time is
fun when you are having flies, or chasing bears...or something like
that. We have a big weekend coming up down in Bristol, TN at the
Bristol Rhythm and Roots Festival on Saturday and Sunday. Trent
Wagler and The Steel Wheels will also be playing and I will be sitting
in on their Saturday night set, so that should be fun. After we get
back we've got some other things going on and I will be playing a
Tuesday night show up in Chicago w/ my favorite pirate ladies…I mean
the Pickin' Bubs. Actually, on that topic, I heard that September
19th is "Talk Like a Pirate" Day so everyone should remember to
punctuate their sentences with lots of "Arrrrrrrrggh matey's" and
other similar phrases!
