IMPORTANT: There's an adult soccer game at Kezar this Wed, so we'll be running in the park this week! We'll still meet at Kezar, but outside the East Gate (with the columns, next to the parking lot). We'll do our introductions there, then run into the park as our warmup and regroup at the intersection of JFK and Conservatory Drive East. Please only bring things you can carry with you.
🏃 Workout:
This is a hill workout going up behind the Conservatory of Flowers. The hill is about 0.3 mi/ 50 ft of elevation going up Conservatory Drive East. You'll run up to the intersection of Arguello Blvd, then turn around at the concrete barrier there and come back down. You'll have 1 minute in between reps at the base of the hill (at JFK) to catch your breath. I recommend trying for at least 4 reps (so 4 up-and-down cycles)!

Let's go to Fireside (603 Irving St, between 7th and 8th Ave) this week! They let you bring food as well, so join us for food and drinks!
