There's a chance of rain again on Wednesday - as always, we run rain or shine!

Workout:The
workout this week is pretty straightforward - 800m repeats at 5k to 10k pace, with 400m jog in between as recovery.
As usual, we'll run for around 25 minutes.If you're racing the Chinatown 5k/10k this weekend or just want to take it easier, I recommend running 3 - 4 800m reps at your goal race page. If you want to go a bit harder and challenge yourself, I recommend running 4 - 6 reps at your 5k pace. I'll cut us off around the 25 minute mark.And, as always, we'll team up to form pace groups!
✅ Purpose: Practice goal pace and running at high maximal aerobic capacity.
