I'm back in the country but out this week on-call, so our final guest coach will be Taylor!
IMPORTANT: There's another adult soccer game at Kezar this Wednesday, so we'll be running in the park instead. You'll still meet at Kezar, but outside the East Gate (with the columns, next to the parking lot). We'll do our introductions there, then run into the park as our warmup and regroup at the north bridge on Blue Heron Lake (formerly Stow Lake). Please only bring things you can carry with you.

Workout:This week you'll be doing repeats of Strawberry Hill! The hill is about 800 meters distance/100 ft of elevation. You'll be running all the way to the top of the hill (don't stop at the top of the waterfall, keep going), then turning and coming back down.
You'll have 1 minute in between reps at the base of the hill to catch your breath. I recommend trying for at least 4 reps (so 4 up-and-down cycles). If you want a flatter workout, you can run the outer rim of the lake, which is about a mile around!
