Now supports resumption of dropped channels.

If a channel drops, GE will Re-Open the channel.
It will continue to do so until it either finds a channel
or the device is turned off.

    I just pushed this to my personal branch.. I'll test with it for a few weeks and if it appears OK, I'll push to the main branch..

    Too many times this year I dropped channels because of waiting for the start of a race while forgetting to back pedal to keep the Cinqo on..
