Struggling

After coming across this project, I've excitedly built the required hardware.

I'm really struggling to understand the software side of things though - I guess because I'm starting a long way back.  Simply copying FW.SFE onto an SD doesn't appear to work since the files that are being outputted look to be from the originial logomatic firmware.

Is anyone out there who could help me?

Sorry for the delay. I'm away on holiday.

This is "normal". There's a bug with the hardware that it won't override the last firmware all the time. You can try formatting your card on another machine. I've had success doing this. In the end I often just kept copying over and over (copy from computer to sd then try if it fails try again..) until finally it picked up my new firmware and over wrote the old and all would work...  I know this sounds goofy but it's the only way I could get to work.
