I came across a very good talk/speach of Dr Bk Sachin who gives his seva in Global Hospital Mt Abu..a gold medalist..
He is the person who treated me when I was in hospital for 20 days due to Sever infection of Covid..
Very energetic..well read..
I really was surprised to see his energy level, since 0230 in early morning he gets busy in meditation, classes then OPD, hospital rounds etc till 2200 Hrs..but with full energy..
*Last 4 years he is only on Fruit and veg juice*
No cooked food..but still very well maintaining his energy level.
