Although I will not go on to teach Comprehensive English II, this group
will not be abandoned. I will update it from time to time, and you are
always welcome to read it and encouraged to ask questions or
participate in discussions.
To make it more lively, I may share with you my own stories, and you
can also contribute yours.
Thank you all for your cooperation in class, and wish you best luck in
the final and for the future. Keep in touch.
Eric Chen

Thank you for your mail, Marcel. Teachers always love to receive
encouragements from students, and, of course, vice versa. I have
decided to begin my pursuit of a doctorate in Europe after my American
trip. So in September, I will become a student again. How amazing!
As you guys and I will go on with a new academic year, let's share Mr.
Keating's enlightenment again:
Cape diem! (Sieze the day!)
(I want to add --)
And not only sieze the day
But make the day count!

Best wishes,

===========The Original Mail===========
Mr. Chen:
It's really nice of you to send us this E-mail.You may be the most
hard-working teacher I've ever seen since I have entered Zhejiang
University. This is absolutely not flattering but appreciation and
admiration, and I really think that most of the students in the class
have such feeling as I do.
Since the semester is about to be over,I feel it really a pity to say
goodbye to you.I do strongly hope that we will keep in touch all the
time, for you are not only a teacher who can help me make great progress
in English learning but also a friend whom I can have talk with.Since
in the school I don't have many opportunities to speak English,I do
really hope that talking with you will bring me broad access to using
English.
And at last, wish you a joyful visit to U.S.Don't forget to regularly
upload some things about your trip to U.S. when you are in America.
ps:May I have your MSN,or QQ.It's a good way to contact with you.
Marcel
