Hi All,

Any body is interested in taking home loan? There will be some
discount in interest rate if there are more numbar of application
given to bank. Please let me know if any body is interested.

Hello Kishor,

Regarding the project, I haven't verified the documents but one of my friend had checked all documents through his lawyer. We couldn't find any issues. That area will be perfect after the bridge construction. Probably one more year we have to wait to finish the bridge construction.

The lowest rate of interest rate i find from GE money. They are charging 9.99% for floating.  Axis bank is charging 10.5. Would like to some more details about the project. Have you verified the property documents and everything is ok? How do you see that area coming up?
