Please reply if anyone knows the below.. Thanks in advance..

1) When will the amenities become functional??

2) The builder is asking full payment for all amenities before
registration but does not commit on when they will be ready. Is it
Okay for you guys?

3) Any idea when the railway bridge will be completed? It looks like
for ever.. It was started almost 3 yrs ago.. :o

4) Lilac and the other two bloacks at the rear are not even near
completion.. But the builder is registering now? Anybody smell some
smoke?

5) Any fixed date for possession?

6) Anybody verified the plumbing and sanitary wares the builder
provides?? Is it really so much of a great quality to qualify for the
2 lakhs premium he claims?? I did not get a chance to verify..

Add any questions you may have to this..

You shouldn't register before the place is in livable condition . registration is a trap.. once you register they will do things with their own speed and convenience..
 
Be careful.. I won't register before I get at least basic amenities in place...rest is your decision..

There is no point in registering without seeing the actual stuffs in place. I am not in a hurry to register unless I get the promised items.

Dear everyone

I have booked 2 BHK in Petunia 201 (PTA 201). Just curious to know my
neighbours. Can the people who booked PTA202, PTA203 and PTA204
respond please?

Also, whatever "Anshuman Kantha" says about registration is a valid
point. However I am just wondering how we can speeden up the things by
delaying the registration.

Iam planning to register now only because of tax benifits which I can avail for this current year..  Which works out to br close to 50k (including emi and interest).  I heard that it is not possible to claim the benefits for this year unless the house is either registered or possesion cerificate received before this financial year..  Any ideas??
 
Also how can delaying the registration make the builder work any faster? Iam concerned here.  Please clarify. Thanks in advance.

unless you get the possession certificate you can not claim any benefit..... We will not get benefit this year.....
 
I visited the site this Sunday... I do not think it will be ready in next two months also... About a month back they said tiling work started in all flat/s. I went upto 8th or even 11th floor in primrose this time, except one flat no where else they had started tiling/flooring. The facade (all blocks) is not yet plastered completely.
 
Other blocks any change in status? if any of you has visited..
