Beware

I had posted earlier on June 12 inquiring about Golden Blossom. I have
some more information, i thought i will share with you all. I had
contacted the US agent for information regarding apartment
availability in Golden Blossom through email and all he gave was a
list of apartment that was available. We had asked my brother who is
visiting bangalore currently to go look at the apartment and book one
of the available apartment. My brother negotiated the price and was
about to pay the token advance to block the apartment under my name.
The sales guy told him he can't book the apartment under this
negotiated price for me since it originated from the US. Beware, the
US contacts who work here are really agents and charge 200 Rs or more
per sq.ft. This sounded so ridiculous because we will be paying 5 lakh
more for one email enquiry. We were so frustrated and we are currently
looking at other builders.

So if you are really interested in the apartment, ask one of your
relative back in india to look at the apartment before even sending an
email any US enquires. These guys who work here are not really work
for the builders, but are agents.
