Cauvery water & Service Tax - Any info?

Have you got any info regarding Cauvery water from Golden builders?
Regarding Service tax, any updates?

I did receive a note from them to oay up Rs. 30 K towards the BWSSB
deposits. It looks to be on track however no finite date for setting
up the connection.

I didn't receive any mails related to BWSSB. As per latest info, it
looks like project will be ready only by Feb.

Visited the site on sat. looks march... not even feb, though the work was on on full swing.

 

Have you noticed few things in sale agreement...

 

" maintainence starts from registeration or possession which ever earlier."

" club membership fee applicable once club operational" in annex club does not inclue swimming pool, though included in amenities... sound okay to you?

This is Abhishek and Vandana, we have bought a flat in
Petunia.
Sandeep whatever points you have raised, we are also
concerned about those issues. If amenities are not ready why shall we
pay full maintainance. Maintainance should be less till all the
amenities are ready.
Regarding this Kauvery Connection we have paid 40K. What
about you guys?

I have booked a flat in Marigold, (3 bhk).

 

Any idea, when do we have to pay the cauvery water charges ? I didn't get any mail or call from anyone.
