Hello All,

I am new to this group.

I am interested in buying a 3 bedroom apartment in Signature block. We
are in US and don't know much about the area except it is right across
from Saibaba's Ashram and apartment looks nice based on the pictures.
Can someone give me some insight/help to few questions below. Any help
will be greatly appreciated.

1. How easy or hard to rent apartment in this area?? We thinking of
renting it initially.

2. How does maintenance work. I think we need to pay 57000Rs as
maintainence fee??? Is it one time fee only or do we pay every year???

3. Heard from one of my relatives..there are monkeys (animal) in the
apartment where they are constructing. Did you guys hear about.

I would really appreciate if someone respond to this query.

Did you already booked your apartment. Let me know, I am also planning
to book an apartment in signature block.
