On mac os X, the SRM PCV requires the osx-pl2303 drivers to be installed for it to be recognized as a device on the operating system level. Several users have reported that the FTDI D2XX drivers also need to be installed to be able to select the correct port and device in the download from device dialog within GC. It seems that the D2xx drivers should not be needed.
