I've been trying to get the software to connect to my Kickr.
If somebody could answer these questions it would be very appreciated.
I have been trying to get this working for a few days now.

Q1). Which development build do I need to compile to get Wahoo Kickr support.
(Stable releases in Ubuntu and
Q2). Does the GC App use Bluetooth

Kickr support is not working.

We only support ANT+
We need to change the methods we use, again (I am looking at it this week)
We have all the details we need from Wahoo to do this, and they are prompt and supportive in assisting me.

Its just the ANT+ mechanism Wahoo have implemented has changed a number of times, which isn't a problem if you use the wahoo sdk as they hide the details -- but we need to support Windows and Linux so we have to write it ourselves (and then rewrite when it changes) !

It is a priority for 3.11 and the next week -- I get regular emails from a few users asking me -- I will resolve it !!!!

will it work with ANT USB1 or it's better to order USB2? Other training soft  can't control KICKR,  only read data. VeloReality, BKOOL didn't recognize it

Thx

When I get past some compile issues ill test it. I have a Garmin USB2 Adapter + a Trust (Cambridge) and BlueGiga Bluetooth ver4 USB adapters.

I know I can get the ANT+ working (intermittantltly) with trainer road in windows 7 using virtual box on Ubuntu 14 as the host OS. I can also see wahoo in Ant+ and Bluetooth in Ubuntu.

I understand however the wahoo is a pain in Bluetooth as it reports itself as "Power Meter" so if you already have a power meter with eg cadence data you want ... you can't have it working with wahoo at the same time.

Thx
Simon
