I am using golden cheetath and Training peaks and comparing the two PMC charts (with the same training data) the values of the TSB are very different. Evaluating my feelings I consider the estimate of the TSB provided by Training Peaks much more truthful, in fact Golden Cheetath tends to overestimate. Is it possible to set up GC so that the PMC chart is identical to that of Training Peaks?

I tried to read the Golden Cheetah FAQs but I did not find out about the topic. Can you tell me where to read?

Oh god. I'm an asshat.

It isn't in the FAQ and really should be.

Basically, you need to make sure your CP/FTP history is the same since they affect the calculations.

Sorry.

then the data is different.
check one or two rides to make sure the basic metrics agree i.e. NP, TSS.
if they don't then the data is different. see the faq for more on why, and check for anomalies in the data.

I checked the only thing different is that training peaks when I use the bike with only the cardio (Without power meter) also provides an Intensity Factor (IF) value that Golden Cheetath does not insert, while in the TSS of Golden Cheetath insert the value hrTSS of Training Peaks (this when I use the bike without power meter). Is it possible to enter the value relative to IF manually in GC?

Thank you, Golden Cheetat - 45 TSB, Training Peaks -22. Is it possible to manually enter the value of the factor intensity or can only enter the value for the TSS?

Forgive me if I insist with my problem but I would like to understand how to solve. I lowered the value of LTS average (days) from 42 to 24 and in this way the value of the TSB coincides with that of Training Peaks why? training peaks training data have been recorded since 2015, while on GC they have been registered since November 2017

Like I said before look for a ride that has different values for TSS or NP.
Also check for missing manual workouts.

You need to look at your own data, we cannot do that for you.
