Strava Name ride

Hi,  i cant seem to find a straight answer on the forum or web, but can any one advise me if when importing Strava data to GC the name of the ride can be migrated across.  Maybe its a setting but at the moment my screen advise it a bike ride, or virtual ride, but not the actual name.

Thank for the above but that is not quite the issue.  I've sync strava and this is working fine, but if say my strava record a ride and i call it '60km around my town'  then when this sync to GC the name does not come over, it does not complete the same descriptor, so i then have to edit the GC entry to reflect the same text.  I would have thought it would import the same name to begin with.

You can select which GC field to map to Strava name as explained in that wiki entry.

Hi I have just started using GC and have the same issue.  I am using a  windows laptop when The options I get when I set up the import from Strava as per the Link as None, New, Calendar Text and Data.  Which one do I choose as data does not bring accross the Ride name

There was a bug in v3.6 dev build 2009 preventing the other metadata fields being created, to fix this see
