I recognized that my Garmin 530 is providing the value "VO2max detected". Golden Cheetah is displaying this value in Acitivities / Details / Extra.

How could I generate a chart showing transient "VO2max detected". I did not find a way for doing so.

Many thanks. :)

1) Add it to Metric tab in https://github.com/GoldenCheetah/GoldenCheetah/wiki/UG_Preferences_Data-Fields#fields and check it is moved from Extra to Metric tab.
2) Create a Metric Trends chart with a curve plotting it (https://github.com/GoldenCheetah/GoldenCheetah/wiki/UG_ChartTypes_Trends#curves---details---metric), other charts can be used for this, but this is the simpler one to configure.

Thanks, Ale. It is working. :)

Is it possible to generate stacked charts to distinguish in terms of VO2max between different sports or different head units (Garmin 530, Garmin Fenix, ...)?

Yes, create a formula curve for each one with the corresponding filter s.t. isRun or Device="Garmin 530", using the metric name as formula. This is explained in the link I posted above, IIRC.

Thanks again, Ale.

My 3 devices are called "Garmin Edge 520", "Garmin 3121" and "Garmin Fenix 5".
After creation of 3 metrics called each "VO2max" with filtering by "Garmin Edge 520" / "Garmin 3121" / "Garmin Fenix 5 just one data point per chart is displayed. What could be wrong?

(Re)read carefully my previous answer and the 2nd link in the first one, it is explained there.

Thanks again. I have created now in one chart three formulas, each with "VO2max_detected", but different filters: "Garmin Edge 520" / "Garmin 3121" / "Garmin Fenix 5". This leads to just one displayed data point for all three formulas together. Are you having any further advise?

My general advise is RTFM, more specifically start by checking the group by setting in your chart
