GC3.7_advanced workouts based on cadence

Hi,
I would like to create advanced workouts based on cadence :
duration at fixed cadence (5m@80rpm)
duration at progressive cadences(5m@80-100rpm)
....
is it directly possible with GC3.7 workout editor ? (by using properties tab ?)
What is the syntax to use for cadence targets ?

Hi Ale,
I found in the GC Wiki syntax used to edit workouts directly in plain text in .mrc format
So I think it is not possible to define workouts based on cadences

So you did not read the FAQs either... 

I mean: we maintain FAQs to avoid the need to answer the same questions every time a new user starts to use GoldenCheetah, this is explained in forum guidelines: https://groups.google.com/g/golden-cheetah-users, you are not a new user anymore but keep asking repeated questions insistently, please stop.

Hi Ale,
I'm sorry for creating so much tension with my questions.
that was not my goal
ok to consult the FAQ more intensively before posting
I also note that you always respond to all user requests and that you are not the only one who reads the posts on the forum.

Automn and Winter comes with inside workouts with GC !!
So, it is possible that I will have potentially some requests when using Train mode, lol

Here is very clear answer to your question.

But maybe you should add bookmarks for User Manual and FAQ. Since you said you will most likely have more questions. Maybe this should be your new reading material... :)
Your could read one topic every day and you will find out a lot more about GC. I know time is precious. But so is for every user, not just for you.

Hi Bernard.
There is a lot of documentation for GC, but for a deeper understanding of the basics of the different workouts that can be performed with GC a search on the internet can be beneficial.
I find it easiest to search the GC WIKI using key words. How to search the wiki and source code?
I.e. searching "Cadence" will lead you to the sections;

Which in turn will lead you Trainer Road and instructions on creating a workout to import into GC that has cues for target cadence that you can follow.
Golden Cheetah doesn't come packed with workouts available in the likes of Rouvy, Zwift, etc. but provides excellent tracking and analysis and requires no subscription. Once you understand the nature of the files that can be imported into GC you can create from scratch or modify workout files downloaded from the likes of TrainerDay, Trainer Road and the like.
