Hello,all

Now I have a problem. I wanted to use R analyser into GC, so I installed R and then tried opening GC,but it said "Rlapack.dll is missing from your computer.Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."  and it didn't open.

I thought if I reinstalled GC, my data in GC would be deleted so I didn't do that.

....How can I use R ?

I want to use the graph TRIMP vs TSS and I've heard that this graph needs R.

Windows 7 professional 64bit
RAM 8GB
GC:ver.3.4
R:ver.3.4.3

thank you.

Your R installation is broken, you can start GC with --no-r to avoid trying to load it until you fix it.

Hi, Mark

Thank you. Once I uninstalled R
and then I launched GC, it opened.
OK, I'll try download R from the other source and install it. If the same thing or other problem occur, I'll ask then. :)

Thank you

This is what fixed it for me:
  1. 1. copy Rlapack.dll from C:\Program Files\R\R-3.4.3\bin\i386

  2. 2. paste in both C:\Program Files\R\R-3.4.3\library\stats\libs\i386 and C:\Program Files\R\R-3.4.3\library\Matrix\libs\i386

  3. 3. copy Rlapack.dll from C:\Program Files\R\R-3.4.3\bin\x64

  4. 4. paste in both C:\Program Files\R\R-3.4.3\library\stats\libs\x64 and C:\Program Files\R\R-3.4.3\library\Matrix\libs\x64.

As found from here.

The below has not worked for me. I've uninstalled R and reinstalled R from the different mirror. R has worked fine for me as I had it installed prior to installing GC. Interesting note, when I reinstalled R and fired up GC, GC could not find the install. I used the default path for install. So, when I put the home path into the options (C:/PROGRA~1/R/R-34~1.3) and copy the files as described below, and open GC I get a GoldenCheetah.exe has stopped working message and the below.

I'm on Windows 7 64bit SP1 and up to date on patches. I have GC 64 bit version installed (same issue when I tried GC 32bit). I have R 3.4.3 installed both 32bit and 64bit from the windows installer default options installed.

I can't really help -- your R install is broken.

Sorry

I guess I don't understand what that means. R has worked without issue for some time. So, I don't understand how the install is broken. Would you mind explaining.
Thanks!

It can't find Rlapack.dll, try adding R to your path.
