More metadata on Strava sync in latest snapshot builds

Latest snapshot builds include additional metadata on Strava sync:

• GC Commute checkbox field mapped to Strava commute field, in both ways.
• New GC Train sessions uploaded to Strava set the trainer option, additionally a new GC Trainer checkbox field is set on download.
• When an activity downloaded from Strava includes gear_id, the equipment name is stored in GC Equipment metadata field.

The new fields are available in Details > Workout tab  for new users, existing users can reset metadata fields removing metadata.xml file parallel to athlete's folder, or to add them manually as explained in  Preferences - Data Fields this way:
