Data chart kind of broken

My data chart in GC 3.7 contains only interval, extra and raw_data. There are no workout, notes or device sub-charts. How can this be repaired or restored? Reset layout doesn't work.

In case I need to re-install, how to make sure there's no data loss for the rides?
