Sorry for such a basic question, but can't find an answer to this anywhere. On the PMC chart on Golden Cheetah, my TSB values do not = CTL - ATL values. I'm not sure what I am missing since I thought this was a simple calculation where TSB = CTL - ATL.

Here's a screen shot from an activity today showing the summary page with the Metrics CTL, ATL, and TSB highlighted in orange.

Today's TSB is based on yesterday. There is a setting in preferences to make it the same day if you prefer that.
Please note that we now have a banister model in 3.5, so you have alternatives to the PMC.

Mark, thanks for clarifying this and making me aware of the ability to change the setting in preferences. I started using GC 3.4 about a month ago, and just started trying out 3.5 with R a couple of days ago. I'm extremely impressed and am learning as fast as possible. Great work on everyone's part!

Hi Mark, I tried to create a metric trend chart with the banister model but could not find "Banister" in the "Chart Settings/Presets" Is it under another name? Is there a tutorial or recipe how to create that chart?
Thanks,
Joseph

Use View > Download Chart from Trends view and you will find a sample "Banister (Bike)" chart
