G'day!

I've changed the parameters for the 3D chart to be power vs cadence vs HR, however its not as helpful as I'd hoped:

For example, its (hopefully) unlikely my HR will drop to zero, and cadence and power below about 50 is mostly noise. Are there ways to have a more informative representation?

The reason for the inquiry is that the subject of optimal cadence came up on a ride the other day, so during some repeats I tried different cadence same power, basically by moving off the big ring:

#1 - 9:34 big ring - 66rpm / 352W / 141bpm
#2 - 9:44 big ring -  68rpm / 344W / 143bpm
#3 - 9:51 small ring -  75rpm / 353W / 146bpm
#4 - 9:44 small ring -  70rpm / 354W / 147bpm

PS Difference in gearing explains cadence / time lack of correlation. Also the first run I was second wheel initially.

TIA

Not sure if thats a particularly meaningful plot (?)
Its plotted for each sample (or binned).

I tried as a 3s bar, and its looks like HR is too variable to get anything meaningful across a single ride ?

Yes, far too variable for one ride. Where I was going with this is if we could aggregate across many rides. In the meantime I've added it to my BigQuery project for a rainy day :-)
