Does anyone know the formula that needs to be entered under custom formula to enter the evry (rolling) elevation gain for each 50m distance of a bike ride in order to create an elevation profile (slope in %) in golden cheetah for 0.05km = 50m ride (it can be selected in elevation/slope only for 100, 500 or 1000m).

You can try switching the x-axis to distance to have a more realistic altitude profile chart, then use the smoothing to your taste.
