Its just using IF as an input into the PMC instead of TSS for CTL, so its quite straightforward to add to a chart:



And it looks a bit like this:

Mark, I see the inflection point in CIL curve at Mid 2009 line - when intensity CIL breaks from tracking the cCTL curve.   Seems to clearly show a change in training phase or beginning of racing season with higher intensity and racing.  Are there 5 races?

Good addition to the suite I think.   Great reply.

In danger of trying to read tea leaves I think. The PMC is a blunt tool. Below I've added TSS based CTL.
About the only real thing that changed was I started riding outdoors as winter ended.

where can I find cCTL and cATL? Can you post a picture with the curve config.
