problem R & Python

Hello to all . I've just updated GC with the latest Build. R after unloading it again does not fade (every time when the program is restarted, the ability on GC is removed) Python topic unknown to me I can not find the library (also downloaded) thank you for the availability / help. thank you

Run R outside GC and look for the displayed version, for the latest build you need 3.4.x, then type
R.home()
at the prompt and use the output to configure R Installation Directory in GC.

Python topic unknown to me I can not find the library (also downloaded) thank you for the availability / help.
