Crash observed in 1.2 but also 1.3RC2 crashes

It seems that GC does not tolerate if some sections in the hrm-file are empty. Importing the same file to Polar Trainer software or to Sporttracks is possible without problem. Attached is a hrm-file that crashes GC.
