Hi,
I need help about creating a slope workout (not power or FTP workout) using Golden Cheetah workout editor?
I under I can do slope training in the workout editor however I want to create a predefined Slope workout based on time intervals. For example:

30s @ 7% gradient then 1min recovery @ 0% gradient

Thanks.

In the workouts sidebar hamburger menu there is an option to create one via Workout Wizard, select gradient mode.

Unfortunately, it is only possible to set distance interval, not time interval. I like slope timed intervals, as they don't constrain you to specific powers. They are psychologically easier to foresee :-)

Also, it seems not possible to edit the workout after saving?

The supported file formats allow only these combinations:

- time and watts (absolute or relative)
- distance and slope (altitude used for y-axis)

Currently the workout editor only allows to edit the 1st flavor, for the second you could use a text editor, they are simple enough.
