Cannot open ant+ device.

I just installed and trying to use my wahoo kickr with the software and I am getting following error.

I amusing Anself USB ANT+ Stick and it works fine for initial 30 seconds before the error pops out saying "Cannot open ant+ device" as shown in picture.

Driver being used is one by Windows.

Can some one help on this issue?

Just want to provide an update, as I ran into the same issue with an Anself USB dongle. I am using the latest driver from https://www.thisisant.com/resources/ant-usb2-driver-windows/

Under GC 3.5, train mode would work fine with 1 ANT device. Upon connecting 2, I would run into this same " Cannot open ant+ device " issue within 1 minute of recording.

I upgraded it to GC 3.6, and it seemed to make the issue much better, but it was still unstable. I would get several minutes of recording, but I would run into the same random disconnect.

I decided to test with a proper official Garmin USB dongle, and haven't seen the same issues yet. I will be returning the Anself dongle.

The Garmin one was just $10 more expensive to me. It is just not worth the hassle.
