First of all, you might want to make the version information in the about dialog available to copy, so I don't have to type that junk myself.. But this is a fresh install after download this morning (build id: 3950)

Windows 10 Home v1607

After much frustration with other training software, mainly having to do with connectivity with ant and bluetooth I was directed to this app since it was recommended as a good and reliable test for this... and sure enough this was true.

GC quickly detected my devices (wahoo tickr, kickr, cadence) cool (this after Zwift simply dropped my paired connections (again) after 10 minutes of starting a program).

However, after attempts to configure myself and try out the application, I get to Download workouts and this results in an error "The workout directory is not configured, or the directory selected no longer exists."

I checked my preference settings (I'm assuming by "Preference" it really means "Options"), I found three different fields that would imply they wanted a directory setting:that were empty

Athlete Library

Workout and VideoSync Library

R Installation Directory

first, shouldn't this have been setup during the initial installation?

second, so after I created and provided a directory location for all there of these, I hit save, get a message that my persona settings will be terminated as a result and sure enough the one athlete I configured - me, was destroyed.

On top of this I go back through this same process after making this change and the same thing happens.Checking the options again these directory settings were gone.

Can't get past go.

Yeah... got through this. For some reason I got two versions installed. After getting this straightened out seems to be working fine.
