Hi guys,

I've been using GC for a while (with Garmin toys), but recently bought a Suunto Ambit2.
I'm not a big fan of movescount.com, so I tried to export an activity to use it with GC. I saw a commit with enhanced support of gpx, but unfortunately, movescount doesn't export power data to this format, so it's completely useless. The other formats are kml and xsls.

But instead of supporting those formats, would it be possible to use native files? For each activity, there's an xml file generated in the user's directory.

cheers

I tried, but it doesn't seem to work. In the import dialog, I see the following: "Import Status Error -"
Attached is the kml file.

thanks!

I'm resurrecting this old thread because I'm looking for Suunto SML files with power data to test the new SML import in GC.
I anyone has some please e-mail to me or post here, Thanks!

I've got the same problem with my AMBIT2. Is there already an solution for this problem?

Suunto native file format (SML) is supported in current GC version.

After Moveslink finish syncing.the SML files can be imported to GC from:

Windows:
C:\Users{username}\AppData\Roaming\Suunto\Moveslink2
Note: You may have to enable the show hidden files option in Windows Explorer.

Mac:
Under your home directory:
~/Library/Application Support/Suunto/Moveslink2
