Hi,

Please, where Form(TSB) and Fitness(CTL) from Overview & activity summary come from?
I can correlate them on any Trends chart available in the Library.

Thank you.

For Summary, the base metric depends on activity Sport:
Bike => BikeStress/TSS
Run => GOVSS
Swim => SwimScore

For Overview, see the Tile config.

Hi Ale,

But if see the images it shows I have today a CTL of 43,2 at the PMC chart and 29 per the Summary.
I can find this CTL of 29 on any of the charts available.
Sport is always bike.

You can use PMC chart options to check and change the base metric used to compute CTL

Humm, I've got even more confused now :-)
I was able to find that 29 CTL by adding a Coggan CTL curve to my current PMC chart but I though that TriScore Long Term Stress was the same...

And also if I click in Library and them PMC(Coggan) it does not show me the same CTL of 29 but now a CTL of 30,2 even the curve being the same Coggan CTL.

Pictures bellow:

I would suggest to read the wiki, instead of making assumptions, definitions are in Glossary.

Hi Ale,

It was an assumption once I was not able to find a specify definition in the Glossary.
For a on savvy person those acronyms and different terms are really hard to catch up.
For exemple:

"TriScore : combined stress score based on Dr. Skiba stress metrics, defined as BikeScore for cycling, GOVSS for running and SwimScore for swimming. On zero fallback to TRIMP Zonal Points for HR based score."
It mentions Skiba's metrics but when you go to a PMC(Skiba) the term found there is 'Skiba Long Term Stress" which value matches with "Coggan Chronic Training load" of 30.2 for today. Summary show a CTL of 29. In time those two metrics are not in the wiki.
Nonetheless one question remains:
Why Coggan Chronic Trainng Load shows:
29.5 on picture named PMC1
30.2 on picture named PMC2
30.2 on picture named PMC3 but as Skiba Long Term Stress ( is it iqual do Coogan CTL ?)

Thank you,

Because PMC1 is configured to group by day and PMC2/3 by week (?)

Really?

CTL/LTS : Chronic Training Load/Long Term Stress. The the dose of training you accumulated over a longer period of time, computed as an exponentially weighted moving average of the selected Training Load metric typically from 4-8 weeks, 42 days by default. It is claimed to relate to your fitness.

Hi Ale!

On Summary, I get a CTL of 29 after my latest ride, the day before I get a CTL of 15 on a running activity. I think GC treat running and riding CTL as separate CTLs. My question is if there are any chance of on Summary get a CTL thar combines multisports.

Thanks!!

Summary behavior is fixed. You can use Overview if you want a more flexible dashboard.
