Thank you K, but right clicking on the interval doesn’t do anything on the Mac version.

Ah, fair enough. You may need to select View -> Show Left Sidebar and make
sure the Intervals box is showing (click stopwatch symbol at the bottom of the
sidebar). The "Selection #n" under user intervals should have a right-click
menu.
