Summary hrv metrics and created measures in GoldenCheetah_v3.6-DEV_x64 ci.3463

Hi Ale,

Tried to create a new measure type BP

to import a cvs file

and imports well.

But Hrv metrics are gone from Activities, Summary. Even though in Trends, the HRV Trends graph works well.

After resetting measures,  Activities, Summary hrv metrics show again.

It seems there is an order problem, currently Body and Hrv needs to be 1st and 2nd, I will fix that.

I pushed a fix to preserve Measures order on save/restore which should fix this problem, next I will look to avoid order dependence, for now Body and Hrv needs to be kept as first and second respectively.
