I'm watching Mark's tutorial of Banister and he explains power index if i don't missunderstand is % of average athlete cp=261, w'=15.5kj, pmax=1100w, but i think those data is from cycling athlete. Is there a running Power Index for Banister? The same witn CP modeling, is there any CP modeling for running?

Thank you,

Power index is computed for runs using the same criteria, when  power data iis available.
There are 2 Banister sample charts in CloudDB you can download to try:
- one using power index as performance metric (requires power data) which works in the same way as the Bike counterpart.
- other using Daniels VDOT, which is based on pace, and requires the intervals to be used to fit the model be marked as performance tests (ideally conducted in different loading conditions, not only when fully  rested, if you want to model the effects of fatigue on performance).
BTW, the second option can also be used for cycling selecting a performance metric different from power index, s.t. X min Peak Power., for Banister curves.

Yes, both in CP Chart and Summary when the selected activity is a run in Activities view or only runs are selected by filters in Trends view. On Metric Trends charts you can select Bike or Run estimates explicitly in curve settings.
