I know that Golden Cheetah can pull data from Training Peaks - I've heard that Final Surge (a site similar to Training Peaks) is looking into setting this up as well.  Does anyone know if will happen?  thanks : )

It's been a while since this. Today HRV4Training announced that they'll be able to connect to Final Surge. Already Garmin Connect does this. What are the chances of getting GoldenCheetah to sync with Final Surge? this could be a proxy to pick up indirectly activities from Garmin Connect. Is anyone in charge of this? I could try to see if they have an API and try to implement it, but since Mark said that he was contacted, perhaps this was tried or is already implemented and I didn't know?

You are welcome to try - we already sync with Garmin via Strava.

I documented the external integration in detail and you can use the todaysplan or strava integration as an example.

Thanks I'm interested in this one until the planning applet in GoldenCheetah gets ready. Todaysplan is not free and this one I haven't tried but it advertises as free. I've looked at the code in the todaysplan integration before. I'll inquire to see if Final Surge as a reasonable API
