Is anyone else getting a server error when synchronizing with TrainingPeaks or is it just me?

The TP servers sometimes get overloaded and bork.
I'm afraid that's one for them.

You may find that it works fine if you try again later.

Actually I think it was just dumb user error - I had the wrong password set in GC.

Not sure if there could be more useful error message somehow though?

The error is returned by TP !

I don't think it's human error as I had the same problem; then I realized that I had the wrong userID set in the preferences.

Obviouly I haven't touched the TP settings for ages, so it migh be that something weird happened during the update to 3.3 R9.

As far as I can recall (but might be wrong) I had the GC nickname into the TP userID.

Retyping the userID and PW did the trick.

We need to keep an eye on this - when upgrading to 3.3 the Config Settings are migrated from OS specific "places" (PLIST, Registry) to OS independent
.INI files - which e.g. are stored in the /config subdirectory

Existing values are (should be) automatically migrated - Just checked the code - an the TP User/Password/Type are part of the migration.

Hard to evaluate what the concrete problem was - so if someone runs into the same - please let me know (also important to know is which OS you are
using - since there is a small difference in migration between Windows and Mac.

Thanks.

Thanks Joern; for the records that happened on a Windows 7 machine 32 bits.
