I've read the app's GitHub help page on this issue, but that help page now seems to be out of date. With MacOS 15.x (Sequoia) the only options when right-clicking to open the app is Done (don't open the app) or Move app to trash. Does anyone know a way to fix this?

@Ale Martinez: Following this link fixes nothing. Issue still remains. How do you install this software on macOS Sequoia. FAQ is outdated and needs to be updated to address this issue.

The text in FAQs was for a previous macOS version so I removed it, but the link to the procedure specific for each macOS version in Apple official documentation was included in the FAQ entry and it is the relevant part.
