Joule Upload Problem

Hello, 

I see this issue has been mentioned elsewhere on the thread but did not see a resolution, so hoping to clarify here. Thanks so much for all of this groups work over the years. I've found GC to be an incredible training tool 🙌

I was recently forced to a new more recent mac after a bad spill accident. So trying to get GC up and running on the new computer. 

Setup:

Joule GPS 2.0

Mac OS 26.0 Tahoe

GC 3.7.1

I keep getting the read timeout error when trying to upload my data. Based on my research here:

- I might need PowerAgent? But can no longer find mac versions available for download

- D2XX? Enabled in my version of GC...so shouldnt need to download that correct? 

- Anything else I am missing?

I don’t know, but I would not put too much stock on that combination to work, no active developer currently have a Joule for testing, much less with a Mac, AFAIK.

Users feedback about downloading from different Joule versions has been mostly negative on macOS and Linux with some exception on Windows over the last years as you can see searching this forum.

May be it is working for some users, but they are not likely as motivated to share their experience as those for who doesn’t work.

Perhaps some Joule user can comment.

Yes thats what Im afraid of. The hard part is that my cycleops pro 400 depends on my joule. So if the upload doesnt work, Im in the market for a spin bike....which i would rather not be at this point in time.
